The algae that is seen on roof tops have been known to spread, even to the gutters around the roof’s edge and other surfaces of the home. This home’s gutters and soffits were being taken over by the “roof algae” and taking away from the home’s curb appeal.
Our commercial rated equipment enables us to clean as high as four stories without the use of a ladder or scaffolding, limiting the odds for potential damage to your property. This enabled us to clean this two story home with the properly mixed solution, getting great results and protecting the property at the same time. The algae was removed from the soffits, gutters, and other surfaces without causing damage to any of the substrates because of the proper softwashing techniques that were applied. Because the solution was mixed to the correct ratio, and not too harsh, there was no streaking (which is caused by chemical burn) on the windows of the property and no plants were burned in the powerwashing process.
